Privacy Policy

Last updated 6 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Yuvaco collects through yuvaco.com, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. Who we are

Yuvaco (“we”, “us”) decides how and why your personal data is used on this website, so under the DPDP Act we are the Data Fiduciary. Registered office: Innov8 Orchid Center, 3rd Floor, Orchid Centre, Rapid Metro Station, near IILM Institute, next to Sector 54, Sector 53, Gurugram, Haryana 122011, India. Email: hello@yuvaco.com.

2. What we collect, and why

We only ask for what each feature needs. Every form tells you what it collects and asks for your consent before sending anything.

  • Free tools (Local Rank check, Website Audit, Growth Leak Score, Automation Readiness, AI Receptionist demo, checklists and templates): your name, WhatsApp number and the tool's result (for example your business name, score or website). Purpose: to send you what you asked for and contact you about it on WhatsApp.
  • Call back and demo requests: your name, WhatsApp number, and optionally your email and a message. Purpose: to contact you about your enquiry.
  • Booking a call in the chat: your name, email (for the calendar invite) and optionally your WhatsApp number. Purpose: to book the call and contact you about it.
  • Chat assistant: the messages you type. Purpose: to answer you. If you agree to be contacted, your name and WhatsApp number are saved as an enquiry.
  • Newsletter: your email address. Purpose: to send the newsletter.
  • Shop and property assistant builders: your name, WhatsApp number and the business or listing details you enter. Purpose: to create your shareable page (your name and number appear on it, so customers can reach you) and to contact you about it.
  • Campaign link: if you arrive from a link we sent, your browser remembers which campaign it was (for up to 30 days) and sends it with any form you submit, so we know which message reached you.
  • Cookies and analytics: pages viewed, device, browser, approximate location and referral source, only if you accept analytics cookies (see below).

Tools that look up a business (such as the Local Rank check and Website Audit) use public business information. Running a check doesn't ask for or save anything about you.

3. Your consent, and withdrawing it

We use your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on a form (it is never pre-ticked). We keep a record of what you agreed to and when.

You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email hello@yuvaco.com. We will then stop using your data for that purpose and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything done before you withdrew.

4. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and tool requests: until you withdraw consent, or 12 months after our last contact with you, whichever is sooner.
  • Clients: for the length of our engagement, then as long as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Chat messages: we don't store chat transcripts. Messages are sent to our AI provider only to generate replies.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it for us (Data Processors), under contract:

  • Hostinger: website hosting.
  • Google: Google Workspace and Sheets (where enquiries are kept), Gemini (the AI behind our assistants), Maps (public business data for the tools) and Analytics (only with cookie consent).
  • Meta: WhatsApp, when we message each other, and the Meta Pixel (only with cookie consent).
  • Cal.com: scheduling calls.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

6. AI assistant

Our chat assistant and demos are powered by a third-party AI model. Your messages are sent to it to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive information such as health records, financial account numbers or passwords in the chat. Replies are AI-generated and may contain errors; they are not professional advice.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing. They load only if you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

8. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and who we have shared it with;
  • ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
  • withdraw your consent (see above);
  • raise a grievance with us; and
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.

Email hello@yuvaco.com to use any of these rights. We reply within 30 days. If you live outside India, you may have similar rights under your local law (for example the GDPR), and you can contact us the same way.

9. Grievance Officer

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact our Grievance Officer: Aarohi K., Founder, at hello@yuvaco.com or Innov8 Orchid Center, 3rd Floor, Orchid Centre, Rapid Metro Station, near IILM Institute, next to Sector 54, Sector 53, Gurugram, Haryana 122011, India. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Security and breaches

We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and providers with strong security practices. No online service is completely secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

11. Transfers outside India

Some of our providers process data outside India. We only use countries the Government of India has not restricted, and providers bound by contract to protect your data.

12. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their details, email hello@yuvaco.com and we will delete them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again where required.
